Dedicated to the Treatment of
Movement Disorders

NeuroGym® is an active, motor learning-based approach to the rehabilitation of neurological injury or disease, complex orthopaedic post-surgical conditions and high performance athletic muscle training. NeuroGym® techniques were developed in response to the need for more effective neurologic rehabilitation programs and as such were developed as a practical implementation of research findings relating to such important rehabilitation issues as motor skill learning, brain plasticity, muscle physiology and spasticity.

The NeuroGym® tools and techniques are designed to optimize the retraining process by creating a 'neurological gymnasium' - in essence a 'gym' program for the recovering brain and nervous system. Developed over more than 15 years of clinical and research work, our physical therapy programs and unique equipment are designed to maximize the re-acquisition of motor abilities through enabling safe and effective active movement training.
